The scenery was breathtaking, with a panoramic view of snow-capped mountains. The hotel amenities were impressive and they offered activities for all ages, like a well-maintained pool and a game room. The location was very convenient because it was near the ski slopes and there were shops and restaurants close by.
One of the receptionists was impolite and handled a situation unfairly. On the first day, they would not let me use my snowboard shoes in the lobby for a quick change even though two people before me were allowed to do so.

This hotel is located in a beautiful area and offers breathtaking views. the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with clean bathrooms and good service. the breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options. the drying room makes it convenient to store winter gear.
There have been reports of some issues with communication and consistency in enforcing rules.

I had a wonderful stay here. The view from the hotel was breathtaking and made my experience even better. The location was excellent, making it easy for me to explore this city. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the cleanliness. I was impressed with the staff's friendliness and their willingness to help. The breakfast was delicious too, with plenty of options to choose from.

We recently had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location of this place was simply breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the room service to the housekeeping. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
